"The exhibition "EXPO" event on a global scale. Its significance is comparable with the largest economic forums, and a tourist attraction — with the most popular sports in the world. The exhibition will attract to our country a major investment. Also using EXPO Kazakhstan will receive new technology and innovation that directly affect the development of "green economy" — said the President of Kazakhstan N. Nazarbayev.

"Expo – 2017" – the driver of economic development of the country.

"This is the greatest achievement of Kazakhstan at the international level during the years of independence. This will be a turning point for our country. In our capital you will see the best world achievements of science and technology. Many Kazakhstan people will be able to see "the economy of the future" to which we aspire". (N. Nazarbayev).

Today the site of EXPO traditionally continue to generate and consolidate a vivid research and development, serve as the impetus for the development of cities and countries in which they are held, and become a powerful impetus for the economic development of countries.

First, the development of infrastructure: roads, public transport, utilities, airport and railway station, the construction of the Expo. As a consequence, the creation of jobs.

Second, new serious impulse to development will receive small and medium businesses in the capital and surrounding regions, especially the service sector, hotel business and internal tourism.

Third, the development of domestic tourism and increase in inflow of foreign tourists into the country. It is expected that the exhibition will be visited by 5 million people (50 thousand daily) fr om 100 countries.

Fourth, in addition to attracting investment in the construction of exhibition facilities, the economic effect is the following: the objects erected within Expo, will allow in the future to consider Kazakhstan as a major international, exhibition and information-presentation platform.

Fifth, cultural exchanges and state PR, increase visibility of the country. According to BIE throughout the Expo (3 months) should be held cultural events, national days and other entertainment events.

The Astana international exhibition EXPO-2017 will allow Kazakhstan to gain international fame, so to speak, to become a brand. Such a large-scale event provides an opportunity to consolidate the people into a single team to deliver a common goal, to attract thousands of volunteers fr om the population. Thus, the holding of the EXPO 2017 will contribute to overall consolidation of civil society, the awareness of the unity of the nation.

"Expo-2017" – a bridge to technologies of future and attract investment.

"We must transfer the necessary technologies and training the specialists for their use. EXPO-2017 must give an impetus to this process and help us to elect the newest technologies for development of future energy." (N. Nazarbayev).

"We will form a powerful incentive for the inflow of investment, create tens of thousands of jobs. The country will get a multiplicative effect fr om investments into construction, tourist infrastructure, hotel business. The main thing is not the fact of the event, it is important to clarify how much benefit for the people and the country it will bring in the end" (N. Nazarbayev).

The theme of the International exhibition "Future Energy" – allows you to attract the best world technologies in the field of energy conservation, new developments and technologies and the technologies of using alternative sources of energy.

In addition to attracting investment in the construction of exhibition facilities, the economic effect is the following: the objects erected within Expo, will allow in the future to consider Kazakhstan as a major international, exhibition and information-presentation platform.

"Expo – 2017" – a catalyst for Kazakhstan's transition to "green" and energy-efficient economy.

"For us, EXPO should be a mega-project, the benefit which each region will receive. This will give a powerful impetus to the innovative development of the country. All that will be built in Astana for EXPO 2017 will become a laboratory science Park for the introduction of new technologies throughout Kazakhstan"(N. Nazarbayev).

EXPO 2017 is a huge chance to make a turn towards not only the "green economy", but the third industrial revolution.

Energy efficiency is when we spend less energy on some work: lighting, heating, manufacturing of some product, etc. For people it means less spending on utility bills, saving resources, primarily export of raw materials, and high performance industry for the environment — lim it the emissions of greenhouse gases; for energy companies, — reduction of fuel costs and expensive construction. Huge energy efficiency potential in the sphere of consumption, but rather in the housing. After all, to be honest, we are spoiled by the idea that "we have a lot of resources". According to statistics, the energy intensity of Kazakhstan's economy exceeds the world average by 2.3 times.

Green technologies for households, led lighting, pyrolysis furnaces, solar collectors and panels, "wind turbines" 5-10 kWh, automated heating units, motion sensors, drip irrigation, solar biovegetal etc.

Expo 2017 could be the spark for a real "green revolution" in economic activities, lifestyles and minds of the people.

Expo-2017– economic development of regions of Kazakhstan.

"First, you need the entire amount to allocate between regions based on the current specialization. For example, the southern regions is food, light industrial products, North — food, East and Central — engineering. We need to revise our plans to create a food belt around Astana. Second, we need to prepare the regions for guests visiting. Baikonur, Shuchinsk-Burabay resort area, the Dzhungarian gate, PIT Alatau, there are places in the West. Everywhere it is necessary to ensure the appropriate conditions on a global level. Third, all of the regional industrialization map must be coordinated with the National plan for the preparation and organization of the exhibition." (N. Nazarbayev).

"Expo – 2017" is a unique architectural buildings and structures.

"It's also important to think about the construction of a unique architectural structure, which will become not only a symbol of "EXPO-2017", but will be included in the world Treasury of architecture and urban planning. In addition, the construction of new communications and management should be based on the principles of "smart city". (N. Nazarbayev).

The exhibition area is the area of 175 hectares, of which 25 ha EXPO: national pavilion; the pavilion area of best practices; international pavilions, which will house more than 100 countries; thematic pavilions, which demonstrates the evolution of the theme of the exhibition.

The construction of such a unique high-tech project is a good opportunity to make a big leap in the technological development of the country.

The territory of the world exhibition will be a platform of achievements of Kazakhstan. In the section of the exhibition, the objects of "green economy" – clever power supply networks and buildings with renewable energy sources, it is proposed to equip the electric cars and other important elements corresponding to subject – "future Energy", and then will be achieved the full effect of the use of "green" energy.

The pavilion of Kazakhstan will be the biggest field in the world – as the personification of the planet and a symbol of our EXPO. To do something amazing in the form of a sphere, the ideas of President Nazarbayev. Inside the sphere in addition to the Museum of high technology, there is a Museum telling about the history of the country, about the history of the peoples of Kazakhstan.

Fr om the history, the architectural heritage of the exhibition, the Crystal Palace in London, the Eiffel tower in Paris, Royal Palace in Melbourne, the rotunda in Vienna and other outstanding examples of architecture.

"Expo-2017" provider of "green" building Kazakhstan.

The exhibition will give impetus to the development of "green" energy efficient construction and architecture, the implementation of voluntary environmental certification of buildings under construction, such as BREEAM (UK) LEED (USA) and DGNB (Germany).

"Green" construction industry, including construction and operation of buildings with minimal impact on the environment. The main objective of green construction is to reduce the consumption of resources (energy and material) throughout the building life cycle: fr om siting to design, construction work, maintenance, repair, demolition.

However, green building pursues another goal — improving the quality of construction and comfort of the internal environment. This is achieved as high-tech solutions (implementation of green technology) and solutions, which runs in the plane of the passive architecture.

Construction of objects Expo-2017 on completion of construction must be certified for compliance with international environmental standard BREEAM.

The BREEAM certificate was established in Great Britain in 1990 and today is the most prestigious and widely used method of environmental assessment of buildings in more than 50 countries. BREEAM covers a wide range of issues of environmental protection and allows developers and designers to demonstrate the benefits of using eco-efficient technologies. Buildings certified according to this standard, acquire the status of "green" building.

The main goal of "green" certification" is to encourage developers, architects and designers, builders and operating entities to implement resource and energy saving technologies, use of environmentally friendly materials, which would reduce the negative impact of real estate on human health and the environment.

In our country under the standard BREEAM certified, for example, a new business center Q-2 in Astana, built by the construction company "Basis", was the first commercial building in Kazakhstan which is certified according to the BREEAM standard and received the status of "green" building.

"Expo-2017" – platform synergy of global initiatives of Kazakhstan.

"The country has many initiatives, closely related to the theme of the exhibition. It is energy-ecological strategy and "green bridge" and "green growth". They need to consolidate and correspond with the National plan on organization and holding of the exhibition. At the international and regional arenas, all these initiatives should move the "United front". (N. Nazarbayev).

Kazakhstan has given impetus to global initiatives such as the World anti-crisis Plan G-Global, the Partnership Program "Green Bridge" is the only global environmental initiative, which was included in the outcome document "Rio+20".

The Partnership program "Green Bridge" aimed at the development and transfer of "green" technologies, the exchange of experience in the green economy. To date, the Charter of "Green bridge" and already 14 countries have signed this Charter.

In the book of President of Kazakhstan N. Nazarbayev "global energy and ecological strategy of sustainable development in the 21st century" summarizes developed by scientists, a new concept of the Third industrial revolution. The concept is based on absolute and epochal innovations, where energy and ecology becomes the Foundation of all economic development, where the aim is to develop agreements between big business and countries on joint development and dissemination of innovations in various industries.

"Expo-2017", it becomes possible to hold an International conference, where a global agreement on renewable energy, the recommended N.Nazarbayev in his book "GEES in the XXI century".

Overall, promising integration capabilities that will give the development Agenda beyond 2015, the World anti-crisis plan (G-Global platform), the Technology mechanism of the UNFCCC, the partnership Program "Green Bridge", etc.

"Expo — 2017" — the "green" philosophy of long-term strategies of the countries of the world.

"The process of preparation for the exhibition will provide access to the latest technologies and developments. You should not just read them but think over how to organise transfer of these technologies in Kazakhstan's economy" (N. Nazarbayev).

One of the key priorities of development in recent years has been the transition to innovation-based "green" economy. The aim of the efforts of the UN, the OECD, the "Big Eight", the European Union, of the "Big Twenty" (G20), the United States, Japan, China and other leading countries of the world. Individual countries have a very successful experience at the national level, South Korea, Germany, Sweden, Norway, Canada, USA, etc.

Many countries are taking additional voluntary commitments to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, increasing the use of renewable energy sources or even the abandonment of hydrocarbon fuels (Sweden, Iceland). USA has set the task by 2035, 80% of domestically produced electricity to environmentally friendly way. The UK has committed to reducing GHG emissions by 34% by 2020 and 80% by 2050

Thus, in its long term strategies and programmes most of the world has already taken the political decision to transition to green technology, clean energy and resource efficiency.

Many countries have adopted voluntary environmental commitments that reduce climate pollution and development of green industries to 2020-2050 fr om USA, UK, China, Norway, South Korea, Australia, etc.

A number of countries have renounced the nuclear and hydrocarbon energy. So, Sweden up to 2020 is going to become the first country in the world to abandon fossil fuels.

A new trend was the desire of multinational companies and even banks to green brands. This, for example, the largest IT-corporations, Google, General Electric, Philips, Siemens, LG eleсtronics, Toyota, BMW, Exxon Mobil, Banco Santander Brasil, etc.

Back in 2007, the European renewable energy Council (EREC) developed a scenario of the Energy revolution to reduce global energy consumption by 50% and 80% for developed countries without reducing global economic growth, with increasing share of alternative energy in the global energy consumption to 65% by 2050 this assumes the phasing out of nuclear energy by 2030, fr om subsidies for conventional energy.

Published in 2012 the report "Energy revolution: prospects for sustainable energy" ("Energy Revolution: A Sustainable World Energy Outlook") justify the need and the possibility of increasing the share of alternative energy in the global energy consumption to 65% by 2050г.

Many megacities are involved in agreements on improving energy efficiency in competitions brands "green" and low-carbon cities, the design of "future cities". A number of countries, including the EU, Kazakhstan in the framework of its strategies put the concept of the Third industrial revolution based on green technologies and energy-producing buildings.

Made many national programmes of transfer of vehicles to electric vehicles and distribution of electric stations. Major carriers made the decision on gradual transition to biofuels.

To address these global challenges is not enough technical instrumentation, sampling, and demonstrate the most effective technologies. That's why so actual exhibition Expo-2017.

"Expo-2017" – platform integration initiatives of Kazakhstan and the UN in solving global problems of mankind of the XXI century.

The theme of the exhibition "future Energy" aimed at solving the most important problems of mankind – climate stabilization and energy access for all.

These tasks and the agenda of major international organizations such as the UN. So, in 2012, the UN Secretary-General ban Ki-moon invited world Initiative "Sustainable energy for all" (UN-energy) task: increase the proportion of renewable energy to 30%, improve energy efficiency and access to energy for all.

More than 100 organizations fr om around the world officially endorsed the global initiative of the UN, this was stated by Secretary General of the organization ban Ki-moon at a conference in Rio de Janeiro (2012).

The President Of Kazakhstan N. A. Nazarbayev proposed at the exhibition Expo — 2017 to show the tools for solving these problems.

Integration initiatives of the two greatest personalities of our time – N. Nazarbayev and ban Ki-moon, will certainly provide a huge contribution to solving the global challenges of mankind in XXI century, associated with climate change, energy efficiency, etc.

For example, Kazakhstan's participation in the Initiative gives the following Outlook:

1) to attract financial and technical information assistance to achieve the goals adopted by Kazakhstan in the green economy, Kyoto Protocol, Energy Charter. To achieve the share of renewable energy to 30% in 2030 and 50% in 2050, reducing energy intensity of GDP by 2020 by 25%, and double by 2050, increase by 5 times the productivity;

2) to coordinate the activities of Kazakhstan with other countries in the field of energy efficiency and renewable energy development;

3) to draw on Expo 2017 of audience 80 countries participating in the initiative, and to integrate their efforts in the activities of the Programme "Green Bridge" and Global energy and environmental strategy;

4) to attract Expo-2017 potential founders and partners of the initiative, which includes Bloomberg New Energy Finance, IRENA, the UN Foundation Ted Turner, two key structures in the UAE future energy company Mazdar and Zayed Future and the Global Alliance for Clean Cookstoves, Global Bioenergy Partnership, the Global Village Energy Partnership etc.

The initiative is similar to the Partnership Programme "Green Bridge" to sustainable energy.

The exhibition "Expo – 2017" – platform demonstrations of technological possibilities of mankind.

"It is important to turn EXPO-2017 into the centre of the transition to the third industrial revolution, which includes alternative economy, creation of appropriate high-tech materials, renewable energy sources, training personnel and other issues" (N. Nazarbayev).

The exhibition, held under the auspices of the International Exhibitions Bureau, made a new, democratic, global Institute of consolidation of efforts of all world community on the identification, consolidation and dissemination of advanced achievements of mankind, the Institute "democratization" of innovation.

Exhibition "energy of the future" sets concrete goals – to explore strategies, programmes and technologies aimed at the development of sustainable energy sources, improving the reliability and efficiency of energy supply, to encourage the use of renewable energy sources and to show visitors the need for their active participation in the development of energy saving and energy efficient technologies, to participate in programs of resource conservation, etc.

It is planned that in the Expo-2017 exhibition will showcase innovative concepts, solutions and the most daring ideas to resolve such issues as emissions reduction, energy efficiency and energy access for all.

Reference: Jeremy Rifkin, author of the concept of the Third industrial revolution based on five pillars. "The site of EXPO 2017 will become a place wh ere will be implemented the five pillars of the Third industrial revolution".

— The first pillar. The EU aims by 2020 to produce energy by 20 percent from renewable sources. That's a mandate, all countries have to follow. But Europe's too old and the existing infrastructure of the old fuels, so the process may be delayed. But China or India with their weak infrastructure will be much easier to make progress. So to build a new alternative energy.

— The second pillar. How do we get this energy? Using the building. We have 191 million buildings in the EU. Homes, offices, factories. The goal is to convert each of the millions of buildings in the European Union as a small power station. On the roof can produce energy through sunlight on the facades of houses due to the wind, in the basement by the heat of the earth, to recycle, etc. This second pillar will have an impact on the economy. Will create millions of jobs, thousands of small and medium enterprises. Because we have to convert every building in Europe in the next 40 years in such microelectronics.

— The third pillar. Energy to save, because the sun is not shining all the time. And the wind sometimes blows at night, then as the energy we need during the day. That is, it is not permanent sources. A poet we have to deal with different saving technology. And most of them will be connected with hydrogen. For example, the sun heats your roof and produce energy. But you don't need it all at once. The excess you put in water so that hydrogen is released from her in a tank. When the sun is above the roof isn't shining, you convert it back into electricity.

— The fourth pillar. Here the Internet revolution merges with revolution energy to create a nervous system for this infrastructure. That is, the millions of buildings in Europe to produce energy, store it in hydrogen, like we store files on electronic media, and if you want this energy is not needed, then a special computer program fixes it and sells over the Internet. We call this "smart grid". From Ireland to Eastern Europe. Just like we create information, store them, and redistribute.

— The fifth pillar is transportation. Electric vehicles — by the end of this year. Cars, producing energy by the end of 2015. It will be possible to charge a car in any building, producing electricity. Returning to the Parking lot, it will be possible to reconnect and recharge, or Vice versa, to sell part of the energy produced.

"Expo-2017" – intelligent, entertaining and educational event.

Firstly, Expo is a unique platform for testing new ideas, promotion of know-how, experience exchange and training of personnel of new generation.

Secondly, in 2017, within 90 days will host the future energy Forum as an international platform for debate on the topic energy of the future. Panel session, conference, symposia, round tables, working meetings, organization of the exhibition "the best practices Area of Kazakhstan." The adoption of the "Manifesto of values and principles – the legacy of Expo 2017.

In the third, the Expo is a communication, entertainment and acquaintance with the world achievements in culture, music, theatre, cinema, etc. Introduction the global community, tradition, culture and achievements of our people and country.

"Expo – 2017" is a Best Practices Area (eBPa) is the heart of the exhibition.

Pavilion "Area of Best Practices" is essentially the "heart" of the exhibition wh ere it is proposed to exhibit collected from around the world and summarized on a competitive basis the best technology introduced new types of products, goods and equipment, projects in different areas of sustainable energy.

Area eBPa is committed to provide technological and intellectual breakthrough in overcoming the energy problems of the XXI century, defined the Future Energy Forum.

Area eBPa is a special platform for demonstrating outstanding achievements in the field of energy.

Area eBPa, conceived as an open, substantial and dynamic platform that represents the exhibition of the best projects put forward by the countries or Union of countries, universities, research centers, corporations, government and non-governmental organizations. Projects must be devoted to one of thematic categories. Area eBPa will be on permanent display within the exhibition complex, which will feature selected by the International Commission projects.

The selection of projects will be carried out by the international Commission with the participation of Nobel laureates, prominent domestic and foreign scientists with a world name. Start of the international competition of innovative projects for Expo 2017 will be held in 2015.

"Expo-2017" — the intellectual heritage of the exhibition "Manifesto of values and principles of the Expo".

"Manifesto of values and principles" will be the intellectual legacy of the Exhibition. It will consist of a series of programs and recommendations aimed at solution of global problems in the energy sector.

The document "Manifesto of values and principles" will be adopted in 2017 and will be the culmination of the annual discussions on the Forum of the Energy of the future, and represent a shared vision of the governments, organizations, businesses, environmentalists and consumers, participated in the Forum, and could become a model development for the global community.

In addition, this document proposes to generalize the history of world of motion Future Energy/New Energy, activities of international organizations on energy, dialogues and discussions on the grounds of Expo-2017 on the topic, suggestions from countries, business and civil society, both in terms of adjustment of priorities of development of science and technology, new green industries, and in part institutional and legal support of the theme "future Energy".

Thus, the Manifesto is an innovative platform for the replication of advanced technologies and knowledge, directed at the creation of "green" and sustainable future.

"Expo-2017" — a showcase of "green" inventions and products, companies, eco-labelling schemes.

It is important during the preparation for Expo — 2017 to raise awareness, interest and capacity of the population of Kazakhstan to "green" innovations, inventions, products and companies.

An important tool of informing the population is the creation of a system of green ratings and rankings, information on the attribution of eco-label on buildings and structures, as well as food products.

Eco-friendly characteristics influence the decision of the majority of European companies (90%) when purchasing or leasing a new space or building (the data obtained as a result of a survey conducted by Cushman & Wakefield with the participation of members of the Board of Directors of the 500 largest companies in Europe involved in real estate).

Moreover, 42% of companies eco-efficiency plays a "significant role" for 8% — "a significant role", while 69% of companies believe that caring for the environment "important", "very important" or "essential question" of their business. When choosing eco-efficient building the following factors are significant: reducing the cost of electricity and water (29%), lower costs of building maintenance (16%), the location of the building, allowing effectively to plan business trips (12%), reduction of CO2 emissions (12%), the use of renewable and alternative energy sources (9%).

Today in the developed world are becoming increasingly prevalent practice of eco-labelling. The assignment of a mark on products indicates that in the production of such products have used environmentally sound technologies. To obtain the eco-label can only the company that passed the examination and proved the environmental safety and high quality of its products.

The second promising direction is the attribution of eco-labeling buildings and facilities – hotels, offices, shopping malls, administrative buildings, residential and social facilities. This eco-label attests to the use of innovative, energy-saving technologies and a lower level of energy consumption in the operation and construction of buildings.

Thus, eco-labelling is a tool to assess the environmental friendliness of the product and convey this information to the consumer in the most convenient legal form. Concepts and definitions of environmental labeling are regulated by a series of international standards ISO 14020-25 "Environmental labels and Declaration", including a specially developed guidelines and procedures for use.

"Expo-2017" – the impetus for the development of alternative and renewable sources of energy.

"The renewable energy projects implemented in Kazakhstan, will not only strengthen authority of our country on the world stage in anticipation of the exhibition EXPO-2017 and to contribute to the preservation of the ecological environment, but also to provide electricity to the provinces, whose inhabitants can only dream of the blessings of civilization. Overhead power lines had not applied because of economic inexpediency. Now, with state budget allocations, remote settlements are supplied with electricity." (N. Nazarbayev).

Kazakhstan has a huge potential of renewable energy sources (about 1 trillion kWh). The potential of solar energy, and 2.5 billion kilowatt hours per year. Technically possible to use the hydro potential of Kazakhstan is 62 billion kWh, economic — 27 billion kWh, of which is not more than 8 billion kWh per year.

The potential of small HPP — 8.0 billion kWh, geothermal heat-water resources of Kazakhstan with the use of heat pumps is 4300 MW. Large reserves of natural gas (3.7 trillion. m3), coal mine methane (not less than 0.7 trillion cubic meters).

In Kazakhstan today there are over 50 stations, Bolotov's wind rotor turbines ("Vindrotor Bolotov").

Bolotov's wind rotor turbine is Kazakhstani know-how and has no analogues in the world. It is based on used vertical-axis rotor turbine with two counter-rotating modules. This design can give current even at low wind speeds, at which propeller stations are not working. This plant has a very high ratio of installed capacity to 43 percent

The cost of electricity production in power plants running on biogas and fotocopie in Europe is equivalent to about 10 KZT per 1 kWh. There are already existing examples of wind, wave and solar generators at a cost of less than half a cent per 1 kWh.

"Expo-2017" — the perspective of development of organic agriculture.

Organic agriculture is a strategic, forward-looking and rapidly developing international innovation direction.

Kazakhstan has very favorable conditions for the development of organic agriculture: the area of agricultural lands on which fertilizers are used is 1.5-2% of the total area. Herbicides are used on 3-4% of the total area, banned the cultivation of GMOs. The area of agricultural land under chemical treatment is only about 160 ha. For comparison, Switzerland, which is considered the most environmentally friendly country in Europe can certify for organics only about 10% of its territory.

Currently, information about the certified products of organic agriculture and trade is available in more than 160 countries. Certified organic land area was about 40 million hectares.

Remains stable global demand for organic food, fibers, medical and beauty products, with sales increasing by more than five billion dollars. USA per year. In 2011. the volume of international sales of organic products amounted to 59 billion. The US, by 2015 it is projected 88.9 billion. USA.

Note that Germany accounts for 43% of environmental patents for products that have received international recognition. Thus, ecological products have become for Germany a matter of specialization and contributed to enhancing its international competitiveness. In Japan's domestic market for environmental goods and services exceeds $37 billion Global market for green goods and services has already exceeded 1.37 trillion dollars and ha by 2020, according to projections, it will double. And investment in clean energy from 2005 are growing by an average of 50% per year.

"Expo-2017" — new paradigm of development of science and technology.

"Right now, about 5% of people there who think about a whole new energy. New energy is created right now in the minds, in the laboratories a small number of people in the world, and we have, I guess. Cold nuclear fusion. Here in this case unit works. Was a great physicist, scientist Nikola Tesla, who in the last century have proven that energy is everywhere around us... Let's become extraordinary. Will gather in Kazakhstan for those who are already thinking about it, about the exceptional things, give them opportunities" (N. Nazarbayev).

The theme of the exhibition "future Energy" will help Kazakhstan to actively develop the innovation for the transition to the Third industrial revolution, set in the Strategy Kazakhstan-2050. These include "green" technologies, based on new fundamental discoveries of the new physics, the work of Nikola Tesla.

Kazakhstan has advanced development in the field of renewable energy and green innovation, which can move through the exhibition and launch new export production. For example, environmentally friendly production of cheap silicon from coal instead of wood, production of ultra-pure metals for the solar industry, "green" and microwave chemistry, products for electronics from beryllium.

The Republic possesses considerable potential for the creation of efficient solar energy based on silicon, telluride-sulfide-cadmium, gallium arsenide and germanium are promising developments.

Kazakhstan, wh ere he developed a unique of GA school became the basis for the high quality of production of gallium, one of the top three global producers of gallium (global production is around 100 t, domestic — 22 t).

In Kazakhstan today there are many scientists and inventors in the field of Future Energy. This Alexander Borisenko (opening a new pulsed plasma state), Vladimir Glushko (engines on the basis of the vacuum energy), Sergey Lachinian (new physics, in acoustics and the pyrolysis water treatment), Dean Nusupbekov (microwave chemistry, the production of hydrogen from water without electrolysis), fuel-free magnetic motors on the energy of the electromagnetic field of the Earth — Nurgali physical training, Abdenbi Sultanov, Ertay Sintcov, Aubakir Daurenbek etc.

"Expo-2017" — creative page in the history of international Expo exhibitions.

Kazakhstan's contribution to the history of the Expo is "Virtual EXPO-2017", consisting of a virtual exhibition "green" technologies and innovation, the Republican competition Online EXPO-2017 and the virtual Forum.

This project is moderated by the Coalition "For green economy and G-Global development". Today the project is new, the institutional component of the exhibition, and worked through it for the first time in the history of the EXPO.

The first component of the portal "Virtual exhibition EXPO-2017" created as an exhibition of national and world achievements of "green" technologies and innovations, which aims to promote the main themes of the exhibition Expo-2017, aimed at solving the most important problems of mankind – climate stabilization and energy access for all.

The second component — the portal of the Republican contest "Online EXPO-2017" created for the selection of innovations and projects for EXPO-2017. It will be held annually, prior to the exhibition, and its follow-up the planned Mini-Expo exhibitions within the Forum of the energy of the future in 2015, 2016 and 2017.

For the organization and the Competition created by the Republican Headquarters EXPO 2017, which included 23 parties: Ministry of education and science, investment and development, energy; institutes of development of Kazakhstan — JSC "NMH "Baiterek" JSC, "National Agency for technological development", JSC "entrepreneurship development Fund "Damu", JSC "NC "Astana EXPO-2017", JSC "national scientific-technological holding "Parasat", JSC "Kazakhstan industry development Institute", LLP "technology commercialization Center", JSC "NMH "KazAgro", JSC "KazAgroInnovation", the Innovation Park of the Eurasian national University named after L. N. Gumilev, a number of leading public organizations of Kazakhstan.

The mission of the Republican headquarters EXPO 2017 is to combine the scientific and innovative potential of the country, to find the best "green projects" in the country, facilitate their implementation and thereby contribute to filling the content of the exhibition EXPO-2017.

The competition has 5 categories —renewable and alternative energy sources, clean technologies in the traditional energy, energy efficiency and resource conservation, green chemistry and waste, organic agriculture and water resources.

Thanks to the Contest the Kazakhstani scientists and innovators have the opportunity to become part of the global innovation breakthrough, to share this historic moment with the country, having created their "theory", your "product" for future energy.

The third component is the placement in the info-communication platform G-Global Virtual Forum of the Expo. There is a unique opportunity to scientists of the world, and first of all Kazakhstan scientists to enter into the Golden pages of the history of the Expo, taking part in the preparation and adoption of the "Manifesto of values and principles of Expo-2017" — the intellectual heritage of the exhibition.

Also proposed the organization of a platform G-Global the global dialogue on "energy of the future", wh ere the discussion suggested more than 70 topics (term to 100) related to issues of access to clean energy and discussion about priorities of development of science in the field of new sources and methods of energy transfer, etc. the project also includes the organization of video conferences, online auctions of projects for business and investors, etc.

Expo – 2017" is a rebranding of Astana.

"By 2017 it is important to fully launch the project "Smart Astana". To fit the theme of the exhibition should not only the objects of "EXPO" and Astana but in General that will give a new impulse to development of Astana agglomeration." (N. Nazarbayev).

Expo-2017 is designed to increase awareness and tourism attractiveness of Kazakhstan on the world stage, to show the hospitality of our people. The exhibition will also be an additional incentive for economic and infrastructural development of both the capital and the country as a whole. The objects constructed on the site of EXPO, will allow to consider in the future Kazakhstan and its capital as a major international, exhibition and information-presentation platform.
